Pastoral Letter

The Reformed Episcopal Church around the world and The Free Church of England have among their formularies The Declaration of Principles and the 39 Articles. The FCE Bishop Primus, the Rt. Rev. John Fenwick, has written with Bishop David Hicks, a REC bishop, a Pastoral Letter on the Declaration of Principles. After consultation (including an international conference call), some of the Free Church of England bishops and the REC bishops have agreed to sign this Pastoral Letter and personal statement on the Declaration.
